New Veterinary Facilities for RSPCA, Leicester

EP Consulting completed this £950k project at the RSPCA Woodside Animal Centre in Leicester, enhancing their veterinary and office facilities. This two-storey extension involved a range of mechanical and electrical services, supporting the centre's mission to provide top-tier animal care. Our work contributed to the creation of state-of-the-art veterinary spaces, office accommodation, and modernised operating theatres, ensuring the facility operates efficiently and sustainably.

Scope of Work

Our team provided comprehensive design and installation services for the extension, which included new boiler plant systems, mechanical ventilation, heating distribution, and water services. The design also included comfort cooling, drainage, and building services controls. Our work extended to the electrical infrastructure, including lighting, small power, fire alarm system upgrades, data cabling, and earthing. We ensured all systems were integrated to support the specialist operating equipment required by the veterinary centre.
