Town View Independent Living Development, Mansfield

EP Consulting is proud to have been instrumental in the creation of Town View, a £9.1m development in Mansfield dedicated to promoting independent living for the elderly. Designed for those aged 55 and over, this project includes 54 homes, comprising 42 one and two-bedroom rented apartments and 12 bungalows.

The development offers residents not only a home but a community, with facilities like an outdoor gym, village green, activity and craft rooms, and function rooms for events like coffee afternoons, film shows, and breakfast clubs.

Scope of Work

Our team provided detailed mechanical and electrical design services, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability. We conducted feasibility studies, budget costing, and compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. Our approach included creating a comfortable and efficient living environment for all residents while adhering to high energy standards with excellent EPC ratings.
