EP Consulting led the £1.7m refurbishment and extension of Springs Health Hydro in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. This prestigious project upgraded the spa, lounge, and guest bedrooms, while also including a comprehensive energy survey.

Scope of Work

We provided feasibility studies, budget costing, and detailed mechanical and electrical design. Our team also conducted a comprehensive energy survey to ensure the facility met Part L2 Building Regulations, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability.
