This £4.5 million state-of-the-art facility epitomises luxury and functionality, featuring a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, exercise studio, and thermal spa suite.

Scope of Work

EP Consulting undertook a comprehensive range of building services engineering tasks For the Kenwick Park Leisure Club. Our role included feasibility studies, budget costing and detailed mechanical and electrical design. We provided full M&E design and conducted rigorous energy assessments, ensuring the project was both functional and sustainable.

Our services also covered the implementation of renewable energy solutions. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
