EP Consulting completed a pivotal project for Center Parcs, enhancing the Leisure Bowl at Elveden Forest and Longleat Forest. Our role encompassed a thorough survey of existing services and the development of mechanical and electrical design modifications to fit new layouts. This included designing lighting layouts with precise cable sizes and circuit details to integrate with existing electrical systems. We also managed updates to water services, drainage, and pipework. Our expertise in feasibility studies, budget costing, and ensuring compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations was integral to the project’s success.
