EP Consulting proudly delivered comprehensive M&E consultancy services for Urban Outfitters across Europe, enhancing their distinctive retail environments. Our work spanned key locations including Paris, Cologne, Oberhausen, Stuttgart, Barcelona, and Amsterdam, where we implemented an "all services exposed" design to elevate Urban Outfitters’ unique shopping experience. 

Scope of Work

Our team conducted detailed feasibility studies, budget costing, and mechanical and electrical design for each location. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.  Additionally, we integrated renewable energy solutions to boost efficiency.
