Center Parcs Treats Shop Refurbishment

EP Consulting played a vital role in the £150k refurbishment of the ‘Treats’ sweet shops at Center Parcs locations in Sherwood Forest and Longleat Forest. These projects were designed to modernise the retail spaces with enhanced lighting, air conditioning, and an integrated music system.

Scope of Work

Our team delivered comprehensive M&E consultancy services for these refurbishments, including feasibility studies, budget costing, and mechanical and electrical design. Partnering with Jackson Design Associates we ensured the integration of energy-efficient lighting, advanced air conditioning systems, and a high-quality music system. We also produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.

Challenges and Solutions 

Strategic planning and close collaboration with Jackson Design Associates enabled us to refurbish these operational retail spaces within a 16-week timeline. Our Innovative solutions allowed us to integrate modern systems without disrupting store operations, ensuring a seamless upgrade process.
