St Philip Neri Community Hall Refurbishment

EP Consulting delivered comprehensive building services engineering for the £350k refurbishment and extension of St Philip Neri Community Hall in Mansfield. This project revitalised the existing church hall to better serve the community.

Scope of Work

We provided full mechanical and electrical design services, including feasibility studies and budget costing. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
