Norwell Village Hall, a £360k New Build for the Newark Community

EP Consulting was integral to the £360k new build of Norwell Village Hall in Newark, a community space featuring a main hall, committee room, bar, and kitchen. Commissioned by Nottinghamshire County Council, this project highlights our expertise in building services engineering.

Scope of Work

Our team handled feasibility studies, budget costing, and both mechanical and electrical design. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
