EP Consulting played a key role in the £750k "Hut to Hall" project, transforming the historic First World War Officers’ Mess Hut into a modern, single-storey village hall in Aisby. Funded by the Big Lottery, this project enhances community facilities with a versatile space.
Scope of Work
We provided complete M&E design services, including feasibility studies, budget costing, and compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. Our expertise ensured efficient mechanical and electrical systems tailored to the hall’s needs. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
