Cornerstone Church Nottingham's £4m Transformation
EP Consulting provided expert building services engineering for the £4m Cornerstone Church in Nottingham. This new two-storey Evangelical church features a 750-seat auditorium and 1,500m² of ancillary space, designed to accommodate a vibrant community.
Scope of Work
We handled all aspects of mechanical and electrical design, including feasibility studies, budget costing, and compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. Our team also integrated renewable energy solutions. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
