Scope of Work
Our team delivered full M&E design, including feasibility studies, budget costing, and renewable energy solutions. The project featured a new two-storey building with eight inpatient beds, two self-contained step-down flats, and various clinical and activity rooms.
We ensured compliance Health Guiding Note ‘HBN’ 03-01, Health Technical Memoranda ‘HTM, CIBSE guidelines and building regulations. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
