Stubley Medical Centre, a £3m Project to Enhance Local Healthcare Services

EP Consulting is delighted to have contributed to the £3m new build of the Stubley Medical Centre in Dronfield. This two-storey facility includes a modern pharmacy and PCT accommodation for Stubley Medical LLP, designed to enhance local healthcare services with newly designed, efficient spaces.

Scope of Work

We provided comprehensive services including feasibility studies, budget costing, and detailed mechanical and electrical design. Collaborating with James Totty Partnership and Brunswick IS, we implemented low and zero-carbon installations, ensuring compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. Our work ensured that the new centre met high sustainability and performance standards.

Challenges and Solutions

The project required delivering a fully functional medical centre within a 38-week timeframe. Our team addressed this challenge by integrating advanced energy-efficient systems and ensuring seamless coordination between design and installation phases, enhancing the facility’s operational efficiency and sustainability.
