Pinfold Medical Practice Extension and Refurbishment

EP Consulting proudly contributed to the £400k extension and refurbishment of the Pinfold Medical Practice in Loughborough, undertaken for the Leicestershire & Rutland County Health Service. This project enhanced the health centre’s capacity and functionality, providing improved services for the local community.

Scope of Work

Our team was responsible for the comprehensive mechanical and electrical design. Working alongside Focus Consultants, we ensured the project adhered to Part L2 Building Regulations. The 20-week project involved upgrading existing systems to meet modern standards and expanding the facility to better serve patients.
