EP Consulting provided expert consultancy for the £180k alterations at Mansfield Woodhouse Health Centre in Nottinghamshire. This project involved upgrading the treatment reception area and first-floor office space for Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, enhancing the facility’s efficiency and functionality.

Scope of Work

Our role included feasibility studies, budget costing, and overseeing mechanical and electrical design. Acting as the client representative, we managed site meetings, reviewed sub-contractor designs for compliance, and supervised the installation of services. We also provided expert advice on costs and witnessed the final commissioning, ensuring all work met the client’s specifications.

Challenges and Solutions

The project required precise coordination within a 16-week timeline. Our team tackled this by ensuring all alterations adhered to Part L2 Building Regulations, delivering effective solutions that met the client’s needs while minimising disruption to ongoing operations.
