Scope of Work

Our team managed feasibility studies, mechanical and electrical design, and adherence to Part L2 Building Regulations. Acting as the client representative, we oversaw site meetings, reviewed sub-contractor designs for compliance, and supervised the installation of services. We also provided expert cost advice and witnessed final commissioning to ensure project success.
