This development features 21 luxury serviced apartments spread over three floors, offering modern city living in a vibrant urban setting.
Scope of Work
Our team conducted extensive feasibility studies and budget costing to ensure project viability. We provided comprehensive mechanical and electrical design services. We produced a thermal model to ensure optimal energy efficiency throughout the building, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
