Completed for Mansfield District Council, this project is designed to support older residents with additional care needs and those requiring the District Council’s ASSIST services.

Scope of Work
Our team provided comprehensive services, including feasibility studies, budget costing, and detailed mechanical and electrical design. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. Additionally, we integrated renewable energy solutions, such as photovoltaic panels and assisted with obtaining BREEAM certification.
