Scope of Work
The project involved constructing a two-storey extra care facility with thirty spacious apartments designed for accessibility and comfort, featuring wet rooms, wider doorways, and underfloor heating. Communal areas include a lounge, laundry room, guest room, TV lounge, hairdressing salon, and a commercial kitchen. Additionally, the development includes ten self-contained bungalows with similar amenities, along with car parking, garden areas, a mobility scooter store, and staff facilities.
