EP Consulting proudly partnered with Mansfield District Council to bring modern, sustainable living to the heart of Mansfield. This £100k mechanical and electrical design project delivered thThree new-build bungalows, providing elderly and disabled residents with eco-friendly, affordable homes. These bungalows feature innovative rainwater harvesting systems, ensuring they are both environmentally responsible and energy-efficient.

Scope of Work

Our engineers led every stage of the project, from feasibility studies and budget planning to mechanical and electrical design. We implemented renewable energy solutions and produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency. We created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. By closely collaborating with the council's architects and project managers, we successfully delivered this project within a 26-week timeframe, surpassing all expectations.
