EP Consulting is honoured to have contributed to the £2.6m development of the Beaumont Fee emergency accommodation in Lincoln. This vital project for Framework Housing Association offers safe shelter and support for the homeless community, featuring 11 bedrooms and office/meeting spaces for staff. Scope of Work
Our team provided comprehensive services, from feasibility studies and budget costing to detailed mechanical and electrical design. We collaborated closely with Richard Julian & Associates to ensure the development met all requirements and adhered to Part L2 Building Regulations. Our expertise in building services engineering ensured the project was completed within the 36-week timeline, delivering a facility that is both efficient and welcoming.
