Emergency Accommodation for Lincoln’s Homeless Community

EP Consulting is honoured to have contributed to the £2.6m development of the Beaumont Fee emergency accommodation in Lincoln. This vital project for Framework Housing Association offers safe shelter and support for the homeless community, featuring 11 bedrooms and office/meeting spaces for staff. Designed with both functionality and comfort in mind, this project reflects our commitment to creating impactful, sustainable environments.

Scope of Work

Our team provided comprehensive services, from feasibility studies and budget costing to detailed mechanical and electrical design. We collaborated closely with Richard Julian & Associates to ensure the development met all requirements and adhered to Part L2 Building Regulations. Our expertise in building services engineering ensured the project was completed within the 36-week timeline, delivering a facility that is both efficient and welcoming.
