EP Consulting is thrilled to showcase the successful £450k conversion and refurbishment of 32 Market Place in Belper. This project, executed for Green & Poyser (Trust), transformed an existing commercial property into two modern, self-contained flats. By integrating contemporary design with cutting-edge building technologies, we significantly enhanced both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the property.
Scope of Work
Our team managed the entire project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies and budget costing to comprehensive mechanical and electrical design. Collaborating with A F Simms & Co, we installed an advanced door access system to bolster security. We produced a thermal model to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations throughout the 30-week project.
