Renovating History at 11-19 Market Street Flats
EP Consulting is excited to have transformed a historic early 1900s building at 11-19 Market Street in Mansfield into 20 modern flats as part of a £1.25m renovation. Located in the town centre, this project prioritises both security and sustainability with advanced intruder and door access systems, creating a safe and contemporary living space.
Scope of Work
Our services included feasibility studies, budget costing, and complete mechanical and electrical design. We collaborated with 360 Project Management to incorporate renewable energy solutions. Our engineers produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
