Tetley Pubs, Modernising Grade I & II Listed Buildings
EP Consulting led a £2.6 million refurbishment of Tetley Pubs, modernising historic Grade I and Grade II listed buildings, including Carpe Diem and The Library in Leeds, and St Helens Square in York. This three-year project enhanced catering installations and improved environmental control within these iconic leisure venues.
Scope of Work
Our team conducted thorough feasibility studies and budget costing, providing comprehensive mechanical and electrical design services. We integrated modern building services into these historic structures, including advanced HVAC systems and energy-efficient lighting. Compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations was achieved.
