This project, featuring 150 luxurious bedrooms and an integrated leisure centre, was completed over 52 weeks. The multi-storey development combines contemporary design with top-tier amenities, setting a new standard for hospitality near Gatwick Airport.
Scope of Work
Our team provided detailed feasibility studies, budget costing, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical design services. The project involved installing state-of-the-art HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and energy-efficient lighting solutions throughout the hotel and leisure centre. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
