Scope of Work

We conducted thorough feasibility studies and budget costing, delivering detailed mechanical and electrical design services. The refurbishment included updating HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and enhancing plumbing and lighting to meet modern hospitality standards. Compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations was ensured.
