Scope of Work

In this project, EP Consulting was responsible for a range of services, including a detailed survey of existing systems and designing essential mechanical and electrical modifications. Our work covered everything from lighting layout and cable specifications to adapting electrical services and modifying water services, drainage, and pipework. We conducted feasibility studies, provided budget costing, and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
