EP Consulting completed a £2.2 million refurbishment of the Hilton London (formerly the Great Western Royal Hotel) at Paddington Station. This 40-week project revitalised the hotel's main bar, brasserie, bedrooms, and upper floors, blending modern functionality with Victorian elegance and enhancing its status as a historic London landmark.

Scope of Work

Our team conducted detailed feasibility studies and budget costing, providing advanced mechanical and electrical design services. The refurbishment included upgrading HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and plumbing, alongside implementing energy-efficient lighting and controls. We ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
