Rowan Preparatory School, £2m Expansion and Modernisation

EP Consulting played a key role in the £2m modification and extension of Rowan Preparatory School in Surrey for The United Church Schools Foundation. This project was strategically designed to enhance the educational facilities and provide a modern and inspiring learning environment for students.

Scope of Work

Our team managed a comprehensive range of services throughout the two-phased project. The first phase focused on constructing a new two-storey school building, while the second phase involved the development of new kitchen facilities and additional classrooms. We delivered extensive feasibility studies, accurate budget costing, and meticulous mechanical and electrical design, ensuring full compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.

Executing the project while the school was operational required precise coordination and planning to minimise disruption.
