This two-phased initiative involved the creation of a modern two-storey library and IT suite extension, the refurbishment of the existing library, and the construction of a cutting-edge three-storey Recital and Rehearsal Hall.

Scope of Work

 Our team provided a comprehensive range of mechanical and electrical (M&E) design services, including feasibility studies, budget costing, and detailed performance designs. We ensured full compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations and developed an M&E design package specifically tailored to meet the needs of Guildford High School, focusing on energy efficiency and long-term sustainability.
