Our team provided comprehensive M&E design services, which included feasibility studies and budget costing. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. The project encompassed the installation of advanced mechanical and electrical systems tailored to the new teaching block, sports hall, and changing facilities.
