Scope of Work

Our team delivered comprehensive M&E design services for the new build and classroom extension. This included feasibility studies and budget costing. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
