Ellis Guilford School Refurbishment

EP Consulting were pleased to be involved in the £1m refurbishment of Block H and the administration areas at Ellis Guilford School in Nottingham. This project modernised essential parts of the school, enhancing both functionality and comfort for students and staff.

Scope of Work

Our team provided a full M&E design package, including feasibility studies and budget costing. We produced a thermal model for the building to ensure optimal energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. The scope covered all mechanical and electrical systems, providing modernised infrastructure for Block H and the administration areas.
