EP Consulting delivered a £4m new build project at Wheatbridge Road Health Village in Chesterfield, featuring PCT offices and a modern Medical Centre.

Scope of Work

Our role included detailed feasibility studies, budget costing, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical design. We implemented renewable energy solutions and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. Additionally, we used BREEAM standards, thermal modelling, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) to achieve top-tier efficiency and sustainability.
