EP Consulting led the £687k modernisation of Tennyson Hall in Nottingham, revamping it into versatile office accommodation for the Castle Cavendish Foundation. This project contributes to community reinvestment in the Radford and Hyson Green areas.

Scope of Work

Our team handled all aspects of the project, including feasibility studies, budget costing, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical design. We produced a thermal model for the building to optimise energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
