Scope of Work
The project involved the refurbishment and remodelling of King’s Chambers to create high-quality starter office units, each with its own metered electrical supply and data/voice installation. Renewable energy solutions were integrated to achieve an excellent BREEAM rating, ensuring the building’s sustainability and energy efficiency.
Challenges and Solutions
Transforming a historic building into modern office units required careful planning and execution. Our team conducted comprehensive feasibility studies, budget costing, and provided comprehensive mechanical and electrical designs. We ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations and incorporated renewable energy solutions to meet BREEAM standards, optimising the building’s performance and sustainability.
