EP Consulting played a pivotal role in the £3.4m Huntingdon Library and Offices project, working closely with Huntingdon Council and Clegg Construction. Our role as advisors and supervisors was crucial in ensuring the project's success.

Scope of Work

Our responsibilities included feasibility studies, budget costing, mechanical and electrical design, and the implementation of renewable energy solutions. We produced a thermal model for the building to maximise energy efficiency, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations
