The project involved the complete remodelling of the Clowne College campus to create a new headquarters for Bolsover District Council. Our services included designing and installing mechanical and electrical systems, and incorporating renewable energy solutions to meet sustainability targets. We conducted detailed feasibility studies and budget costing to ensure the project remained within scope and budget.

Challenges and Solutions

Converting an old college campus into a modern council headquarters within a tight 14-week schedule required strategic planning and execution. Our team delivered detailed mechanical and electrical designs while ensuring compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. We used thermal modelling to optimise energy performance and integrate renewable energy solutions, enhancing the building’s sustainability.
