New £2.6m Street Services Depot for Bolsover
EP Consulting played a key role in the successful delivery of the £2.6m Street Services Depot at Doe Lea for Bolsover District Council. This new build project provides essential facilities, including office accommodation, a workshop, and storage spaces for the Street Services department.
Scope of Work
Our team conducted feasibility studies, budget costing, and the design of mechanical and electrical systems. We produced a thermal model for the building to optimise energy efficiency and implemented renewable energy solutions. Additionally, we created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations.
