EP Consulting is proud to have completed the £200k refurbishment of The Brewhouse Arts Centre in Burton upon Trent. This project focused on reinstating fire-damaged buildings and modernising the Centre's mechanical and electrical systems.
Scope of Work
Our team provided a comprehensive mechanical and electrical design package for the refurbishment. This included feasibility studies and budget costing. We produced a thermal model for the building, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. We integrated renewable energy solutions to enhance the Centre's sustainability.
This project involved a comprehensive reinstatement of fire-damaged equipment and designing systems to restore the Centre's functionality while improving its energy efficiency.
