Scope of Work
Our involvement included comprehensive M&E design services, focusing on creating a versatile and energy-efficient performance space. The theatre houses a multimedia room, dressing rooms, a green room, and office space for Leicester City Council, ensuring it caters to a wide range of activities and functions. The new build integrates advanced mechanical and electrical systems, optimising the theatre's functionality and sustainability. Key elements include efficient climate control, cutting-edge lighting solutions, and robust sound systems, all designed to meet the diverse needs of the facility.
