Scope of Work
Our team delivered a full suite of mechanical and electrical design services, including feasibility studies, budget costing, and the integration of modern systems within the historic structure. We produced a thermal model for the building, created a BRUKL report and ensured compliance with Part L2 Building Regulations. The redevelopment preserved the building's historical significance while updating its infrastructure, enhancing both functionality and visitor experience.
