Worksop College, Nottinghamshire

EP Consulting have been appointed mechanical and electrical services consultants for a £4m prestigious new 60-bed boy’s boarding accommodation, including a Housemaster’s 3–bedroom house and two Assistant Housemasters’ flats at Worksop College. This new build will replace existing accommodation located within the main school building. The M&E services package is expected to be in the region of £900k incorporating ground source heat pumps to provide heating to the building and LED lighting for increased efficiency and reduced running costs. The project has commenced on site and is expected to be completed by January 2016.
