Sustainable and Innovative Social Housing

Works are continuing on this flagship development at Innovation Park, Watford for BRE to create net zero carbon emissions social housing. The design incorporates TERRA COTTA photovoltaic as roofing and cladding material as a well as being airtight and well insulated, without compromising on comfort or living quality, and minimising environmental damage. EP Consulting have been instrumental in providing consultancy for the renewable technology in the form of SAP calculations together with technical advice on U-values and thermal bridging. The official launch is planned for early September 2015.
