Office Refurbishment in Progress at Alpine House
EP Consulting is excited to share progress on the ongoing office expansion and refurbishment at our Nottingham Office, Alpine House. This modernisation project reflects our commitment to sustainability, collaboration, and continued growth and will create a workspace that supports both our people and our clients.
With over 50 years of experience delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical design solutions, it’s only fitting that our own office meets the same standards we provide to NHS Trusts, councils, and commercial clients across the UK.
The upgrade includes a fully refurbished, air-conditioned main office and conference room, designed to offer a more comfortable and efficient environment for our growing team of building services engineers and support staff.
Key improvements include:
- Air Source Heat Pump Environment Control to regulate the office environment throughout
- Casambi-controlled LED lighting for energy efficiency
- Additional workstations for team growth
- A brand new reception area
- Dedicated staff breakout space and kitchenette
- Upgraded toilet facilities and washbasins
Joinery and second-fix electrical works are currently underway, with floor coverings due this week. Importantly, EP Consulting remains fully operational throughout the refurbishment period.
