We are pleased to announce that Mark Hobbs has recently become a CIBSE certified Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA) to Level 5 allowing him to not only provide energy performance certificates, but also tailored advice on reducing energy costs and carbon emissions within our Clients’ buildings.
