Kenwick Park Leisure Club, Louth

EP Consulting have been appointed M&E design consultants and energy assessors for this £3.5m scheme to rebuild the leisure facilities at the Kenwick Park Hotel in the Lincolnshire Wolds following a devastating fire in October 2013 which destroyed the facility in its entirety. The new leisure club will include a swimming pool, plant room, reception, office, changing rooms and a café and lounge area, together with a gymnasium and exercise studio, spa lounge and treatment rooms. The facility is due to re-open in late 2015.
