Exciting Developments at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground
Exciting progress is underway at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, where new steelworks are rising for the refurbished Members’ Pavilion, a landmark project blending sporting heritage with modern engineering.
EP Consulting is proud to be delivering the mechanical and electrical design for this world-famous venue, first established in 1838 and recognised as the third-oldest Test ground in global cricket.
Working alongside Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club and Letts Wheeler Architects, our engineers are supporting the remodelling and extension of the pavilion to meet international cricket standards. The redevelopment will introduce:
- A new five-storey pavilion complete with terraces overlooking the pitch
- Unisex changing rooms and enhanced facilities for players and officials
- Energy-efficient systems designed with long-term sustainability in mind
This ambitious transformation marks a significant step forward for Trent Bridge, ensuring it continues to serve as a world-class sporting destination while respecting its architectural legacy.
At EP Consulting, we’re proud to contribute our building services engineering expertise to projects that unite innovation, performance and sustainability, supporting the future of British sport.
