EP Consulting Completes Sustainable Office Refurbishment
EP Consulting is pleased to announce the completion of the expansion and refurbishment of its Nottinghamshire office at Alpine House. Completed by Jenbrooke Construction Ltd, this project marks an important milestone in the company’s continued growth and commitment to sustainability.
As a specialist consultancy with over 50 years’ experience delivering mechanical and electrical building services design, it was essential that our own workspace reflects the same high standards we provide to NHS Trusts, councils, local authorities, and commercial clients across the UK.
The refurbishment creates a modern, efficient working environment designed to support collaboration, staff wellbeing, and future growth. Upgrades include a fully refurbished, air-conditioned main office and conference room, additional workstations for a growing team, a new reception area, dedicated breakout space and kitchenette, and improved welfare facilities.
The office now benefits from air source heat pump environment control and Casambi-controlled LED lighting, improving energy efficiency while reducing operational carbon. These enhancements align closely with EP Consulting’s wider focus on energy and carbon services supporting net zero, delivering low-carbon, future-ready building services solutions for clients across the UK.
