EP Consulting Appointed to Loughborough University Estates Framework

EP Consulting is delighted to have been awarded a place on the Loughborough University Estates Consultancy Framework as a Building Services Engineer (Lot 4). This prestigious framework covers Loughborough’s major capital programme of around £40m per year, spanning new build, refurbishment, and long-term maintenance projects.

Our role covers full end-to-end Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services from master planning (RIBA Stage A) through operational performance (Stage F), including concept and detailed design, cost planning, energy and sustainability strategy, BIM coordination, commissioning, and post-occupancy evaluation. We work closely with architects, structural engineers, and the client to ensure projects meet statutory regulations, BREEAM targets, CDM compliance, and operational efficiency standards.

This framework appointment demonstrates EP Consulting’s capability in delivering compliant, technically robust and energy-efficient building services engineering for the education sector and wider public sector frameworks.
